Who is Rick Phelps

As a certified Business Coach, I provide business help, business advice, and business coaching & mentoring services to small and medium sized businesses.


I have a passion for helping businesses like yours grow and become more profitable, so you, the business owner can enjoy the lifestyle you deserve.


As your Business Coach and adviser, I will help you deliver the results you desire using proven tools, methodologies and systems, tested and perfected over tens of thousands of businesses worldwide for more than two decades. I will hold you accountable for your results and just like a sports coach, push you to perform at optimal levels.


Prior to becoming a Business Coach I was a successful business process improvement consultant and expert. That career took me on a journey around the world – from working with an international NGO to improve its rural home building program in East Africa, to driving process improvement at a multinational company’s arctic diamond mine, to helping a local entrepreneur’s family cabinet and counter top manufacturing business become massively profitable.


Along this journey I learned that the difference between a business becoming a huge success or merely surviving is a matter of the application of a limited set of knowledge. This is true whether that business is part of a large multinational corporation, or a family scratching out a subsistence living from their dirt plot. My passion is sharing that knowledge and coaching its application. My joy is watching as business owners and families, managers and workers, thrive as a result.
